Looking for a roleplay server with no AI

[RadiantDragoon]

I have been seeking an 18+ medium to heavy rp server, preferably with a focus on fantasy (at least some dragons). However, I do not want to play with mods that openly use AI if at all possible. In the very least I would like the server to try their best in avoiding mods that openly disclose AI usage.

I am new-ish to the game, though I have gotten decently far into the bronze age on a small personal server I had with a few friends for a while.

Things I am most interested in:
- No AI
- Medium to Heavy RP (preferably text but I would be willing to try voice)
- Fantasy (races, creatures, etc)
- Dragon Mounts
- Prehistoric Creatures
- In Depth Survival and Food Systems
- 18+ Only
- Fairly Active Community
- 1.22.7
- LGBT+ Friendly

Obviously no server has to have all of these (beyond the more obvious ones) but it's just the general 'what am I seeking'. Would love to see if anyone has any recommendations ^^
