Mod Request: Void world generation

Would like to have the option to generate a world with absolutely no blocks in it.

would removing the worldgen file work?

I wouldn't delete it out right so you can put it back later but maybe you could just move it to you desktop. not sure how that would effect the game though. I would imagine it would cause some load errors or something.
