Oil lamps require solid ground to be placed

brought up a new bug: I'm no longer able to place oil lamps everywhere one block away from a ground block (see attached screenshots).

Placing an oil lamp the next block above farm land doesn't work either.

Torches and torch holders however still work fine.

oh this is happening for me too. thought it a new tweak tbh.

Im having this bug too, except i cannot place the oil lamp on anything at all, including plain dirt
