What are you looking for out of a VS MP server?

I am curious as to what you as a player would enjoy to see as a mod or feature on an MP server?

For me:
More exclusive classes.
Greater Risk vs Rewards for PvE

Harder crafting recipes with weapons/armor being enchantable to customize your playstyle.
Make collaboration fun!

for me it would be:

More or less classless progression system (everything available to all classes, but maybe it takes one longer to reach something specific than another and vice versa).
Less risk or higher rewards for PvE, or a way to make totally safe zones.
Some system against unwanted PvP (at best PvP-combat opt-in only), I can appreciate traps but I hate fighting.
