shualamander Posted December 30, 2021 Report Share Posted December 30, 2021 Reed basket was showing 16 Inventory Slots instead of 8. Was playing on 1.16 rc.4 hosting multiplayer for myself and 2 friends on an ad hoc server. Friends looking in the basket saw the correct 8 inventory slots, when I looked inside it displayed 16, but it did not let me store more than the 8 slots could hold. Edit: When I picked up and placed the basket it appeared normal, but when my friend looked in it the same glitch happened, he could see 16 slots instead of 8. u8312n008 Posted January 1, 2022 Report Share Posted January 1, 2022 i had the same problem placing a reed basket on top of another reed basket. it seems like its attempting to merge their inventories together, because when i filled the second reed basket, it filled in the bottom slots of the other reed basket. it also started causing a strange duplication glitch when attempting to use keyboard shortcuts to move items in, as the stack in my inventory wouldn't leave, but kept filling the stack in the container by its same increment as though it had, and these duped items in the basket couldn't be used. eventually, it also deleted some actual items i had as well messing around with it.
