[v1.16.5] Game crashed while smithing copper plate, crucible dissappeared and so did 7 filled casts of molten copper

The game crashed while smithing a copper plate, upon reloading the work item (pre copper plate) was still in the forge. A crucible disappeared along with 700 units of molten copper that was in several now empty molds.

 

Running on 64 bit Windows with 16 GB RAM
Game Version: v1.16.5 (Stable)
