  1. Hello everyone! I purchased a key for Vintage Story a few months ago and I've been loving it so far, but playing solo has gotten a little stale as time has passed. So I figured it's time I try to break into the multiplayer scene! While most of the "requirements" I'm looking for are fast and loose, I thought it might be fun to ask the community what servers they love playing on, to get an idea for what's in vogue at the moment. Feel free to advertise your own servers, recommend servers you play on, so on and so forth. This can be a walking billboard if that's what you all decide to do with it! (Also, if you have any advice for a new player in general, feel free to post that too haha.) Now, the general things I'm looking for in a server are as-follows, though it certainly doesn't have to fit all the criteria: - On the latest version of the game - Lightly vanilla/minimal mods required - Beginner friendly/casual (obviously, that's the purpose of the post) - 18 or 21+ - PvE or PvP, either one is fine Looking forward to seeing what you all have to offer!
  2. Hello Everyone!

While I'm brand-new to the VS forums, I'm not-so-new to the concept of the game. And yet: All my knowledge so far comes from other people's posts or from various youtube creators. Does anyone have any suggestions for what settings I should use for a first-time playthrough/first-time world? Even if it's as "babygated" as it can possibly get- I want some opinions before I get started on my own time. (And also possibly hoping to make some new friends.)

Thanks in advance for the advice! ❤️

Update: Why are bears actually terrifying. Like, genuinely, actually terrifying. That's the most scared I've been in a while playing a game haha~
