Finally i fixed it.
as it turns out if was the mod "unique weaponry" what about it was causing this issue i do not know, maybe it was incompatible with another mod maybe it was just the mod its self but it would make the animations to tick over and over again causing them to loop and you would end up with like over 5000 ticks for just those animations either way this was what was causing it
