I'm preparing to start a new world and I wanted to make sure I'm understanding some settings correctly. If I keep the setting "story structures distance scaling" at its default, does this mean that the locations will generate their set distances from the spawn point no matter what size the world is? I'd like to make a world that's 52k by 52k blocks, maaaybe 100k by 100k, and (if I'm also understanding world generation correctly) set spawn at the equator to ensure that I'll see a cold north and south pole similar to earth.
Basically I'm trying to figure out if I'm going to end up accidentally making all the story content take place in the desert. Apologies if this question has already been addressed in another topic.
