Really late I know, but thanks a lot for the help!

Do we have a list anywhere of what clothing can be found in ruins and what is simply unattainable? I've tried searching wikis, forums and in game and I cannot find any resources on it. I'm attempting to make an outfit and strive to complete it as an fun extra goal in my next playthrough but I want to make sure every piece is actually obtainable without cheats. Any help is very much appreciated
