Hello, i am Spanish speaker, but i can write and read in English, but i did not speak it too much, is it a problem? i decide to ask cause i like the mod packs you have installed, i will love to invite too others Spanish speakers friends of mine, but i must know your answer about cause i am not sure if they all can write and read English language. Hi dude did you have tried these commands in your server? Its seems they do what you need. Its work in our server, but some only will work in the new generated chunks i think. i saw you solve the problem but for sure this extra info here will help other people looking for solve the same issue.
