Well, I am playing on the RC release (forgot to mention that), so they should change it back to the way it was before (but better) as you have described. I really hope they don't introduce this to the game.

Wolves are predators, moose are not. Also, I, frankly, don't care if there is a lore reason for this behavior: I hate it and want moose to become passive or aggressive if you get too close instead of K.O.S.

Several times while wondering the wilderness are simply enjoying life outdoors have I been attacked and killed by moose who decided that me, simply existing, was a crime against nature and therefore needed to be eliminated; several times I have lost all my stuff and spent hours getting it back. Vintage Story developers, MOOSE DON"T ATTACK AND KILL PEOPLE ON SIGHT; this fact is also made worse by the fact that they are more silent than WOLVES. THIS IS ABSURD, WHY ARE MOOSE DEADLIER THAN WOLVES???? WHAT HAS COMPELLED YOU TO DO THIS???? WERE YOU BRIBED TO MAKE THEM LOOK BAD????? (This is a joke, though I really do hate the current implementation of moose.)
