I know this is a bit old but this saved my life. For like a week now I have not been able to play because of stuttering. I had tried everything until I stumbled upon this post. I tried your fix and the stutters are gone. It has only been 30 minutes so maybe they return but I'm pretty sure it is fixed as before it was instant upon launch. Thank you
