SOLVED: Half paper map, half full detail map after installing 1.19?

After updating to 1.19 my world map is a mix between the new paper map and the old full detail map. I've reviewed the patch notes but I'm still not sure how to resolve this issue. This is a multiplayer world.

I'm playing on a multiplayer server and get this error after updating to 1.19. I'm not sure how to resolve this issue. When I hit "Okay, Apply now" on the game client it doesn't do anything. The dialog box will show up every time I log in.
