  1. Damn, that's mildly disappointing. Ik pettable generally means if you pet them the creature just chills out, but it isn't the case for the wolves after testing as they still want to eat me. I tried putting a rope around it but it definitely still is aggressive (I actually tied two wolves together accidentally, it was pretty funny). We'll probably still breed the wolves because the friend I play with is very adamant on keeping them.
  2. Tbh the only functionality is for the baby elk so you can tame them, but there's always traders so yeah.
  3. Me and some friends are finding that base game wolves can have generations and can breed, which is super cool! We're at gen 3-4 with them atm, so we'll keep posted on whether there are any gameplay implications for them (like if they can be picked up as babies at gen 5, or become docile at gen 10).
  4. Update: Had a friend go through the json files to help me out, so I'll at least update here so anyone else who is wondering knows as well. - Goats: No adults, all babies (babies can be caught in reed as well) - Deer & Gazelle: Water deer & Pudu deer adults, all babies (except baby Pudu, reed only) - Elk: No adults, all babies - Fox: All Adults, no babies (reed only) Chickens, Rabbits, Piglets, baby Wolves, and baby Racoon can only be caught in reed traps respectively. Bears, Adult Wolves, Boar, Racoons, Moose cannot be caught at all (yes, this includes moose babies). Hope this helps!!
  5. I understand that baby animals such as elk and deer can be caught in it, but i'm wondering what else? Does it catch baby wolves and/or baby goats? Are there any adult animals it can catch (specifically the smaller species of goat and deer)?
