Whenever I reach the second summer many areas start to be overgrown with birch leaves and shrubs. I liked the original scenery and I wish not every plane would eventually turn into a forest. In my current world I have chert and sandstone planes, and even those are now overgrown with birch leaves. I'm not really looking forward to stripping it all down just to maintain the original landscape. Is there a mod or a setting to reduce this? Is no one else bothered by this? I already set my world gen to have less growth by 25%. If there is anyone with suggestions/solutions I would love to hear them, thank you! ^^

Oh man, for anyone wondering... the antlers fall off in spring/summer... "problem" solved

I wanted to migrate to another world, but sadly importing my existing tame elk got his majestic antlers removed. Now somehow even if I place one from the creative inventory, no antlers, buying it from the trader, also no antlers... also does not matter in which world. I have not changed anything regarding mods. Is anyone familiar with this bug/glitch? Thank you so much!

I started my world back on the 1.19 version with the standard world gen settings. I'm super excited for the 1.20, especially with the addition of the boat. After exploring more, I don't really see any oceans or large bodies of water? I do have big lakes, but nothing that seems to justify the use of a boat. My idea was to move to a different climate and maybe transport my stuff by boat, but now i'm wondering if maybe the world gen settings are in my way? Should I tweak some of the world gen settings, add a mod, explore more or just give up on the notion entirely? (Please tell me I just need to explore more, that they do spawn naturally :') ) ps. Sorry I couldn't find any answer in the forums or online.

According to the guide, breeding animals can only be done trough feeding them with a trough etc. But I've seen all sorts of animals with a baby around like chickens, wolves , hares and boars. Do they simple spawn that way (male, female and a young) or not? I'm wondering because if they don't simply spawn like that, would it mean I could fence them in a large area and expect to see a lot of chickens ... eventually?
