You can change the window size by editing the clientsettings.json file located at \AppData\Roaming\VintagestoryData. Look for these lines and edit as you wish. "chatWindowWidth": 700, "chatWindowHeight": 200, I have not yet found a way to edit the X,Y position of the chat box too so if anyone happens to know then please post your secrets.
