Simply being in the title screen after quiting my world is using 76%

Im unable to play on a save im 60 hours into because the game keeps trying to use 95% of my memory even on "absolute minimum" graphic setting. I am playing with mods but theyre more or less the same ones iv been playing with for the whole game. Culinary artillery 1.2.1, Ancient tools 1.5.18, Bed spawns 1.3.0, Butchering 1.6.8, buzzwords 1.7.0, chiseltool 1.14.1, truth and beauty detailed animals 0.1.7, expanded foods 1.7.2, hanging oil lamps 1.0.1, millwright 1.1.7, player corpse 1.10.1-rc.1, primitive survival 3.7.0, sortable storage 2.2.7, stone path Versants 1.0.5, VS village 1.0.6 Do any of these mods have a history of eating memory to this degree? I have a high end pc too 3080ti , 32gb ram Iv played Minecraft with over 200 mods before with no problem.
