  1. I still recognise I'm mostly a new player still, but I would like to share some of the issues I've personally experienced through my first play-through: > Give offhand 'X' key same behaviour as '1-0' regular hotbar keys. Pressing X over Tongs in your backpack sends them to your offhand, instead of X only working if it's on your active hand slot. > Double clicking a type of item in your backpack gathers all of the same type of item into the same stack. If you have 3 slots with Red Clay in your inventory, one 13, another 30 and the final 4, selecting any and then double clicking will gather all of the Red Clay into that same stack. > Fix dragging over already existing items in a crafting grid not dividing the new stack equally. Say you're making Red Clay Bricks, Mortar in middle, Fired Red Clay Bricks all around. You put 32 Mortar in middle, then grab a stack of Fired Red Clay Bricks and drag it around splitting into 8 in each slot around the Mortar. Now you'd think if you grab another stack and drag it around over the already existing 8, it'd turn them all into 16, except it doesn't, some will be 30+ others will be 16 or 20. It's quite an annoying bug. > When using toggle sprint, make it so it automatically resumes sprinting after closing inventory, character screen, map or etc, as long as you never let go of W. I understand why you shouldn't be able to sprint while actively looking at your map or stats, but it would definitely help with the smoothness of the game if it would resume sprinting if toggle sprint was activated before opening the map, and if you never let go of W while checking the map. > Add a new row of chisel options to chisel a whole block face at once. Add 16x1x16, 16x2x16, 16x4x16 and 16x8x16 (Height x Depth x Width) chisel options below their respective counterparts in the chisel menu. This would make the chiseling process a lot less tedious for adding depth to building walls and etc, without making it powerful enough that it takes away from the dedication of still having to chisel each block by hand. > Make wooden tongs have very poor durability, maybe only good for 8 interactions. Add metal tongs with infinite durability. For how realistic this game is, it feels very wrong to be using wooden tongs to pour thousand degree hot clay crucibles with zero damage to the wood. Having copper tongs and up have infinite durability would still mean you get access to the convenience of old tongs, but without the jarring question of how these 6 untreated sticks aren't bursting into flames. > Organize the "Everything" section of the Guide Book into categories. As a new player it's not that easy to find what are all the options available to you without looking up external guides or the Wiki. Such as if you want to see what type of building blocks you have access to with the tools you have. Having categories in the guide book such as: Naturally Generated Blocks, Building Blocks, Tools, Enemies, Food, Etc would help guide the new player experience a lot more. > Please add more weapon types. The game would feel a lot more enjoyable if there was a weapon class for everyone. The mechanics for varied weapon classes already exist so it would be quite nice if for example there could be say, a battleaxe where it cannot be used with a shield since its two handed, but it has a weapon reach of 3 and can hit multiple enemies with a single swing. Warhammers, Maces, Crossbows, Etc.
