I have had issues with the music I really like it and think it ties the game together but I cant get it to start I have not heard it in 3 days with it at highest frequency I have my sound settings bellow any one have ideas to what may be causes this

This issue is really odd whenever I open my inventory or something like a campfire My mouse just locks up in the normal position it doesn't move it doesn't even change to the pointer it just stops I think is an issue related to my binds because whenever I press alt it kinda frees the mouse and it acts normally but then when it exit my inventory and reopen it it does the sane thing again please help I love this game but this makes it unplayable
