  1. I had to update mods to fix a crash with one of the mods my server has, but I still cannot add mods via in-game commands and need to download and do manual file copying to my dedicated server (personal hardware I own, not paid service). All the mod updates as well as new mods are still failing to be automatically downloaded from the mod gallery when a player joins unless they manually add the mods themselves. Is this the intended experience?
  2. I followed the instruction in the wiki https://wiki.vintagestory.at/Guide:Dedicated_Server and I'm running a dedicated linux server. I ran into an issue where players get the error message "unable to download some mods from the mod database" when they join the server. My understanding is that the client will automatically download mods when joining, however this does not work. All mods fail to download (around 33 of them). I ran into a problem where the moddb command on the server would not find mods, even though they showed up on the site itself at were for the current version. My solution was to manually install the mods by file transfer into the mods folder. I don't know if this may have broken the "link" to the mod page and disabled the ability for clients to download the mod. When players join, all of the mods that they don't have show up in a list with the client stating that the mod cannot be downloaded and to contact the author to put it on the moddb. This is mildly frustrating as I now have to go back to the old school method of publishing a zip file for every mod that gets added or updated. What could be the cause of this?
