Who Here would like a "cycle hot bar" control options?

I JUST found out that the mouse wheel exist as a button command that does this, id still like to rebind that option but im just letting everyone know that it does exist. -
I've just been wondering if anyone here would like a cycle hot bar option when rebinding there controls, I cant be the only one who would love this game more if they had this kind of option, am I right in saying that?
