  1. Definitely seems to be a bug. I've watched three different let's plays this week, both of which made their first boat, and it did the same thing for all three. They had to dig the ground out from under the boat in order to launch it. One of the players didn't know and he saw the prompts to add stuff, and didn't realize until he dug a trench that it was making him build a second boat within the first boat, since the first boat was still in the way of the logs. I'm not as familiar with GitHub, but I heard that that's the best place to report bugs for Vintage Story.
  2. Hello there! I’m finally going to be making the switch from Windows to Linux, after watching my husband for the past 6 months use Linux to revitalize his old gaming computer so that he can play games again. I’m also very excited about the lack of bloatware that Linux programs can bring, and I’m looking at LinuxMint since it looks very similar to the Windows layout. Also, all the art programs I use work on Linux, so the switch won’t really affect me. My big question is, how can I ensure that my game will work on Linux, since I originally downloaded it for Windows (it’s been almost a year so I forget the details lol), and how can I transfer my saves? My motherboard only has space for one SSD slot, which is currently in use, and I don’t have a HDD hud either, so I can’t have two operating systems on one machine.
  3. This update is so beautiful! I’m still fresh to the game and I started a new world that I’ve been playing a bit of after work. However today I just noticed after installing the update that the fruit press is not working. I constantly use it to juice a few berries at a time since nothing fruits at the same time. Just a buggy heads up!
  4. I’m trying to do a nice basement filled to the brim with crocks and vessels, and the game gives an option to seal an empty crock. It’s been a season since I sealed, and since I’m a new player who is cursed with forgetfulness, I didn’t think anything would be an issue. I am making a garden year two and am harvesting a ton of veggies and seeds that I found on my year one travels. I have a shelf built next to my makeshift kitchen, and I resealed the crocks. I made the big batch of food, put them in the crocks, and when I put them on the cellar shelves, I noticed that their expirations are a lot shorter than the 1-2 year crocks I sealed the year before. Turns out that they no longer say sealed. My question is, what is the point of being able to seal a crock with no food in it, if it is no longer considered sealed when you put food in it afterward?
