So I had the same issue private hosting off my IP as I am now that I am running a server. Im fairly sure my router has port forwarding too. The actual issue is that my friends can join the server when I open it. But can't reconnect after they disconnect. saying the server is totally missing from the browser. I also get the same issue where my server vanishes from my browser and it says that the connection was actively refused.
