Yeah it states to follow tooltip instructions to build it once its placed down, but I'm not seeing anything.

I've got the latest patch to play around with it, but I just can't seem to make the water wheel work. it just says suitable water blocks available 0 even when i spawn in the rapid water, or flew around to find some natural water that I'm fairly sure is rapid. I've even tried to copy the design/setup on the picture for the patch but i just seem to get nothing from it. What am I missing? (or is it still just not working yet)
