Turning down optimize ram seemed to help a little, but weirdly what did help was setting max fps to unlimited. And I don't know why... I had it set to max 60 fps, but I only got about 25. But now at unlimited I have 60 fps at medium settings

Sorry if there exist a thread about this already. I've played VS on and off for a long time, and played latest 1.15.7 or so. Now when I return I'm having problems getting 30 fps on any settings, and I'm wondering if I no longer meet the requirements? I know nothing about computers, I'm very sorry. AMD RYZEN 5, 3600 6 cores. 16gb ram. 1650 4gb. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience EDIT: No mods.
