I want to make a shared world with a friend of mine to be able to play without having to make and turn on a server that I will only have access to nor have the world be only on my pc so that if he wants to play on the same world, he can do so without me. Is there a way to do it like how Grounded does it?

Hello there. I was going to continue my saved world today but I ran into an error where the game is telling me that my storage does not have enough room to play the game. I checked where my save was stored and it was stored in my C drive (which does not have a lot of storage). Is there a way to transfer my save from my C drive to my D drive?
