This is strange. The update to 0.5 should not impact the experience gain. I will take a look into it.

May not be an issue with your mod, might be any other that changes the same values

  2. Hi. Do you know of any incompatibilities with other mods? I can't gain any experience from anything. I have many mods and I have made some mod updates recently, not sure if that may be the cause. Also I have changed exp gain to 3.0

    I play in sp

There is definitely something wrong with the mod, I mean it collides with another mod or else; I got my survival skill reset after like 5 in game days and cooking stuck at 5.17 exp. Never had that happened before when I used RC modules.

switched back to rc3 xskills module with xlib 5.0 and it's all working again

Anvil Recovery and Geothermal are disabled but the game doesnt like me removing them from the folder.

Maybe you can spot why the sausage is not giving proper nutrition

Tested 1.3.5 a bit more with game version 1.14.9 instead of 1.14.10 and can confirm it has the same fps drop (probable memory leak) issue. So the mod is not stable with the two newest patches, which is understandable.

Can you elaborate on that memory leak? I have fps drops while 'spreading' blocks in the crafting grid with lmb; client log says multiple memory leaks with meshes and block id's. Is it similar in your case? I have more mods than expanded foods tho so it may be clash between 2 mods as well

EDIT: after removing expanded food there is no lag. texture memory leaks are conected to something else then

Wooyaaa, I don't think that you're going to be able to fully recover from the situation you're in.  Block/Item ID's are assigned dynamically for each saved game (so, basically randomly when you generate a new world or add a mod), and if I remember correctly the saved games are SQL Lite or some such so there's not a lot I can do to help.  So sorry.

You *could* try putting the betterstairs mod back in, but I think this will just make things worse (unless the very last thing you did was remove it).

I've heard of this happening to people a few times in the past (where block/item mapping became corrupted), and I don't think any of them were able to recover from this situation.  The only takeaway for them was to back up their saved games once in a while.

Hehe yeah, it's bad. I have actually removed betterstairs last, I try copying it back and see what happens.

I was playing around with some commands and .reload shapes/.reload textures kind of fixed soybeans and rye, I am able to plant them again with their proper textures instead of white block.

  6. Hi. Is there any way to remove 'leftovers' of the mod from the save file? I had to uninstall better stairs for troubleshooting corrupted ID table, even tho it is essential in my game. Still, is there a way to get rid of mod ID's from the save? Blocks are all gone now but I can craft one of them via primitive survival stake recipe and it looks like stake

As you see its effed up a bit ;D

Oh man, that sounds kind of like an issue that was discussed here:

Something about a corrupt mod ID table? You might want to talk to the people who had that same problem and see if they were able to fix it. I'm sorry about that. It sounds like it pushed up all your item IDs or something. 😟

Thanks mate, that is already something to start with. It looks like ID table is messed up but I really want to find out why. I have very little to no modding knowledge btw. There are more than 3 client log files and I went through the files in order to find some clues(I skipped server logs tho). I was looking for wording that I know, like error, stack trace, mod exeptions etc and nothing rings the bell. As an example in Project Zomboid (heavily modded as usual), going through error logs I was able to find conflicting mods almost every time with some troubleshooting along the way but there were 'obvious' indications in error messages on what went wrong - even for a layman like me.

Here, I can see that crash report is full of usefull info but I can't read it.

Everything from my Logs folder is below, I hope you or someone else will be interested enough to check it out.

I go and do some testing on a new save.

    Cheers

  8. Hi. After switching to new version all the stakes from Primitive Survival turned into various types of meat rack(at least 10 different textures of it). When trying to craft a stake - crash.

Switched back to 1.2.4 and now when planting Soybean and Rye(I.ve tried Flax, Rye, Soybean, Rice as of now), I get this:

    https://ibb.co/rwpNpPR

When L-click on the block game crashes.

Worth mentioning that I have many mods installed but I got this weird situation after 1.3.0 mod update.

Not sure where to look for the issue

    Cheers

EDIT: Carrot, Turnip, Spelt, Onion, Parsnip and Pumpkin are fine, like Rice and Flax.

Reinstalled Compatibility Lib, didn't helped. Crash log may have some hints but I don't have the knowledge to know what to look for.

Reinstalled VS, to 1.4.9rc. Issue still persists.

The burlap sack was removed due to some problems I was having with the storage system.

Thanks for the info. Hope you'll be able to bring it back somehow.

There is another mod made by McJty, Fancy tools. I was about to ask him for compatibility with your mod as it is not possible to store wild seeds in that fancy bag, and the bag is very usefull for gathering seeds on long trips. Or the other way around, can you make it compatible?

    Cheers!

  10. HI. There seems to be no recipe for the burlap sack, I went through all the items in game as well as in the zip file and found nothing. I may as well be wrong but please can you check it out?

    Thanks.
