I read up on the new patch notes and I don't see it anywhere that says we can do it. Im going to try when I get off work but I'm just curious how you found it out.

That's why I had no idea about it. I didn't see that in patch notes I have to start reading more!

Very simple you know when after you soak your hide you have to scrape it? What if there was an extra step of making a jig set up where you string up the hide in a stick or plank frame and have it stretched. Then you take your knife and like knapping you hold right click and drag across the hide until all the fur is off.
