Ah, got it. It was "the basics" mod. I thought it was just prox chat but it does a lot of things! Including spamming my chat with save notifications.

ServerMagicNumbers.json Value: ServerAutoSave Default is 300 or every 5 minutes. Now what I am trying to figure out, something changed recently. The auto save used to not post in chat. I never noticed it. But recently I started noticing it every 5 minutes and find that to be very odd.
