Stored Foods randomly spoiling way before the estimated dates

I have the bug aswell on a 1.20.7 server. We had sealed crooks in a cellar, stored for a whole year. When we took them with us on our boat tour, they hat 29 days in our inventories (all good so far). When we took a portion out of the sealed crooks, it spoiled instantly. -
In my current World I had the same Problem with finding Limestone. But the more I looked around the more I discovered it. It was No 1000 block away from my house peeking out of multiple mountain sides. Also half of the caves I explored were filled with Limestone.
