Asking Traders To Spend The Night

I made a forum post about it myself- I am really interested if anyone knows how to add / change dialogue on traders... I was obsessed with chocolatequest before and loved making maps with quests and dialogue and stories and stuff. I would love to make more in vintage story but not sure where to start on that. -
Just curious if theres a mod for this or a way to add / edit in the files with plain text?
