Found the sound. It's exactly like on this Reddit post. Also found this mod but it doesn't fix this sound. I have a temporal portal next to my base and my gear is at half. Maybe its because of that. If anyone knows a mod to turn this sound off please let me know.

I'm not really sure how else to explain it but its basically music which is always playing and is tied to the Effects Sound Level. Not the Music Level. I'll have a look maybe I will find a mod for this as well. Thanks for the help!

Keep hearing these sounds whenever I'm out and about Sounds exactly like a locust in this video Is it possible to disable this specific sound or turn it down without disabling the ambient sounds? My base is in the forest and has a small pond with these black particles which I think are flies so maybe it's tied to that There is also a slight musical noise contanstly playing that sounds like a mix of wind howling and a flute that's tied to the "Effects Volume Level" that I want to disable Apart from that loving the game so far amazing devs
