Mod that removes crafting exclusivity?

Thanks! I really like how this game was built with modding in mind. I just never expect things to be so easy. -
I like the idea, don't get me wrong, but I just want to play a slightly easier version of the game with my friend where we can craft the exclusive things. The classes seem to work better in a larger server where there are more people to play them, but we just want to be commoners. Are there any up to date mods that make commoners able to craft the exclusive items?
