I ended up switching hosts due to some community feedback in the discord. Seems to have been a host specific issue.

I've tried disabling whitelisting, changing or removing the password, and disabling standby mode. When me or my friends try to connect to my server, it tells us "Unable to connect to server. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." Any known fixes? This is a dedicated server through a host, and is a fresh install of the game.
