Thanks for everyone who replied to my post! Restarting my computer corrected this issue

Does anyone know how to fix this type of corrupt game file? I tried the sqlite3 and it's still not working. I don't have a backup file. Yes, I downloaded the MODS and I know it corrupted my file game after an hour of game play once I installed it. Yes, I unchecked all the mods and restarted game, but still corrupted. No, I am not able to repair the game.
