I could finally fix it using Portainer to look inside the Container.

Hello all, I have the Vintage Story Server Docker Container from Devidian installed on my Synology NAS and it works good. However, I cannot make any changes to the server setting, e.g. change the seed. There are also no files saved in the gamedata/vs folder. I have also a minecraft bedrock server and a manicraft java server running on the same NAS within Docker and they place their files in the specified locations. I download and start all containers via the GUI. When I tried to start the VSServer from the commandline I could not connect to it (Connection was rejected) Any ideas what I missed? Thank you, Andre

I have installed a private vintage story server on a Synology NAS. It is running version 1.15.9 or 1.15.10. In addition I'm playing the game also with local worlds at the Notebook. (1) Do I need to update the server to 1.16.x when I update the client to 1.16.x? (2) If not, would the game still run 1.15.x or would it have 1.16.x behavior? Thank you, Andre
