Allow players to enter custom values in the "customize" worldgen screen. I am not very satisfied with some of the preset values for worldgen customization so I think a toggle between preset values and truly custom values would be great. Ideally show valid ranges and what values correspond to what label in the tooltip for settings that don't use percentages (ex. Surface tin deposit frequency : Extremely Rare = 0.007 [ 0 - 5 ] )
