  1. I just noticed that, according to the wiki at least, damage above tier 0 reduces flat damage reduction no matter what. What is bothering me about that is how armors with low or no damage reduction are affected. Because according to the equation, it just makes the amount which the flat damage is reduced negative. so take improvised wood body armor for example. No flat damage reduction, 55% percent damage reduction, protection tier 0. So a tier 1 attack would be one tier of high tier damage, meaning a 0.2 decrease in flat damage reduction and a multiplication of the percent damage reduction by 0.85. But since the flat damage reduction is zero, it just goes negative and makes the attack 0.2 points stronger before the percent damage reduction is reduced and then applied. The wiki's table on armor effective damage reduction on the "Armor" page supports this by saying the effective damage reduction against a tier 1 attack is 44.09%. This effect would be exacerbated with higher tier attacks, up to an additional 0.8 points to base damage. I have so many questions. Was this an error on the wiki's part? If it is truly how the game function, was this a coding error by the developers? Or was it intentional? Does this affect how damage against unarmored players? I am so unclear on this.
