Translation of mods in Ukrainian does not work

UPD: I checked the translation on the server, but it worked in single-player. After moving the mod to the server, it worked too. -
Decided to create a mod with the translation of many mods, at the same time and test the correctness of the translation. But for some reason the lines remain in English https://github.com/CakesTwix/uaVSMods
