so contaminated coal says it has stats related to using it as fuel in a forge but it is unable to actually be placed in forges, is this a bug or something?

so to keep a long story short, I play this game on a Steam Deck, me and my friends have a lot of fun playing together, recently they have started a modded server that doesn't work on 1.22, I need a way to get the 1.21 version of the game running and the discover store (which is normally how you run VS on Steam Deck) does not have the ability to downpatch apps, so is there a way for me to get a downloaded version of this game running on Steam Deck?

this is just me throwing ideas out, not paying anyone to do this. so my idea is a mod that adds bending sorta like how it is in the TV show Avatar the last Airbender, with players selecting one of four elements (water, earth, fire, air) in the character creation screen, each of the 4 elements would have different skills you unlock as you use them with each element having 2 "branches" that you can specialize into, like for example if you choose to go the path of fire at first you can just light campfires and torches freely but eventually you get to a point where you can either shoot fireballs or lightning.

so it turns out lighting the campfires under boilers does not heat up the player
