Why did I get a lower aqua vitae distilling ratio?

I definitely did not put water in the condenser...I will try that for the next batch. Thank you for the insight! -
Just distilled aqua vitae for the first time. The in-game entry for aqua vitae says 1l of brandy distills to 0.5l of aqua vitae. After distilling 9.66l of cranberry brandy, I only have 2.34l of aqua vitae which is a 1:0.25 ratio. Is this a bug or is there something else affecting the distilling ratio I'm not aware of?
