Furtbug

I am using the latest version, and I am playing on a singleplayer world with no mods. I believe I upgraded the game from 1.22.5 to 1.22.6 and then to 1.22.7 but that was days ago and the issue only just started, and also yes, the inventories were functioning before I updated the world.

I was out hunting and noticed when I try to take the meat off the animal it wont let me, I cant even interact with the inventory slots on the animal in any way and when my cursor goes near the slots it lags a ton. I tried cooking and had the same issue with putting ingredients into the pot, is anyone else having this problem? Is this a known bug with the game?

A trader was selling 6 linen sacks for 2 gears each, I had 10 gears but I couldn't buy any of them? I tried both right clicking and left clicking on the linen sacks, I'm not sure if I'm just doing something wrong or if it's a weird bug. It isn't just that specific trader, I haven't been able to trade with any other trader either.
