Personally, I LOVE that the screen drifts at low health. It's a very interesting indicator of how hurt you are and emphasizes the gravity of being so close to dying. However, it makes me feel like I'm going to throw up and I have to look away from my screen until I've healed enough for the drifting to stop. As much as I wish I could play with it on, I cannot bear looking at the screen and just sit there wishing I had a way I could turn off the screen drift. Also, I can't drink the alcohol because it also gives me a major headache. Not to mention, it's annoying needing to ask the other people I'm playing with to sleep in the middle of the day whenever I get hurt because I don't want to waste my respawn point trying to get back to a high enough HP to not have the screen drift.
I know accessibility mods exist that might help, but I'd much rather play the vanilla game and would really appreciate a way to toggle the screen drift! I've seen others mention this in this suggestion forum, but I reckon it's worth another mention especially because so many people agree and I wouldn't think it would be a Herculean task to add.
