v1.15.7-rc.2, a unstable release, can now be downloaded through the account manager.
In addition to everything in v1.15.7-rc.1 here's what is new:
Game updates
- Tweak: Fix massive source of lag spikes on Radeon cards when loading chunks, also noticed decently reduced lag spikes on intel integrated graphics.
- Tweak: More server performance improvements (Dead crop no longer ticks. Up to 2x faster pathfinding and collision testing. Significantly improve game saving time, reduce save file size. Room search (and others): improved chunk caching)
- Tweak: Small performance optimization when tesselating (=client side loading) chunks
- Tweak: Added the latest community translations
- Tweak: Upped view distance slider max from 1024 to 1536
- Fixed: Bags not placeable while inside the backpack inventory
- Fixed: Incorrect randomization in the "Created by" recipe preview in the handbook
