CCsnip
My friends and I aren't big fans of the temporal stability, specifically of entering the rust world and having to get back out. Are there any issues I should consider before turning off temporal stability in the custom world settings? I'm wondering if it might hamper collection of certain items, like maybe temporal gears? I would leave the storms and rifts on, I guess that means we can still possibly get temporal gears from drifters? We just don't want to enter the rust world. But if you want to encounter higher tier drifters (because of the higher chance to drop temporal gears), you will have to go deeper underground. Temporal gears are also sold by the treasure hunter traders.
CCsnip
So entering the rust world means you will encounter higher tier drifters on the surface as well? Storms also spawn higher tier drifters don't they? If turning off temporal stability only reduces the chance of getting temporal gears, that seems OK. I somehow mixed "turned off temporal stability" with "no more temporal storms"...
