Keyboard Layouts options?

Hello, I am playing with a qwertz-layout keyboard.

But the game is reading it as a qwerty-layout keyboard.

Is there a possibility to change this?

I do not know the button layout of a qwerty keyboard and it is really annoying.

Were is the + and - button? z and y are flipped etc...

Is there a configure or mod that fixes how the game reads my keyboard?

And yes, i checked that windows uses the qwertz-layout.

I think it's a problem of your keyboard layout. Do you use Windows? Change your keyboard layout to the right one and all keys will be correct ones...

ok, have you tried to change keyboard control in VS ?

... there is no way to change the keyboard layout in the options.

If i change the key controls it shows me the wrong symbol.

Like if i press "+" on my keyboard it shows "]" in the key controls.

It is confusing and annoying.

I am not stupid, i looked al over the setting for a solution, used google to find one too.

Looked in the forum, also no solution.

This is my last try before i go the developer and ask them directly.

 

Also found a bug were the temporal stability changes in my base if i explore and come back. Reload the world and it changes again back. Still not the stability from wen i started building, but still annoying too.

If you press "+" on keyboard in any text editor (Notepad, etc...) - what do you get:   "+"  or  "]"  ?

how do you think i write a "+" HERE in this forum? Are you trolling me?

It is a problem of the game.

If you can not give me a way to change it >>>>IN THE GAME<<<< please stop commenting useless stuff.

Also fully read a question and understand what is written, then test your solution and only after that write a comment.

I don't know what is the problem... I only try my best to help you. And I cannot test solution because I don't have your computer here and my computer doesn't suffer the same problem and hasn't suffered anytime in past. So I try to think about all possible solutions and give it to you.

THIS IS NOT solution IN THE GAME. If you don't like it leave it and don't comment:
Sometimes WIndows switches to another keyboard layout even if you have set only one layout. I do have only one keyboard layout for my national language. Randomly when browsing some internet pages or opening some document Windows switches to US/UK layout. Because I do have only one layout it's impossible to switch back.

It is frustrating.

I wrote in that i checked my keyboard layout settings on windows.

I need an option IN the game to change how IT reads my keyboard.

Every other program does fine, only Vintage Story has this problem.

Only comment if you KNOW how to change this.

I asked specifically for "a configure or mod that fixes how the game reads my keyboard".

At this point i am just writing the developers.

This is a glitch and they could directly add an option to chose your keyboard layout in to the game.
