It only has a number of settings that change how forgiving or challenging individual parts of the game are. If you want to make the game harder, you need to know what exactly you want to be harder. Make sure you read the "general usage" section carefully. Also note that some changes won't come into effect until the server is restarted. Finally, don't touch any of the commands that involve time, date, or other calendar functions unless you know exactly what you are doing.
