Problem loading a new world after installing the latest version of the game

So just like in the title.
The following message appears:
(...exception thrown by server during startup or process...)
I'm posting all the logs I have, because even reinstallation didn't help. Maybe these are modifications that are not adapted to this version? but never had any problems with them. Even older versions of mods either entered or displayed a message that the particular mod did not work.

The server logs indicate the game is loading 42 mods. Remove them and try again?

I checked and it works. It's ok after turning off all mods (except the original essentials, of course) and I checked it myself. Not updated xLib and xSkills mod and probably some other modifications. But I checked these first. So the topic can be closed.
