Currently native copper is the main source of copper, while its real occurrence is rather rare. In real world, one of the main copper ores is Chalcocite (in Greek language Chalkos means: copper).

I propose to introduce Chalcocite ore, which would spawn in sedimentary rocks (like real one), instead of native copper.

hopefully this doesn't constitute a necro; but regardless;

Chalcocite might also be a way to experiment or test potential "multi-ores"; that is Galena sometimes contains bits of silver blended with the lead; similarly (or not) Sulfur is a byproduct of Chalcocite Ore Refinement..

Necromancy is the best.

Multi-ores would be really interesting and sell the idea that mining is dirty and ores are mixed.

We have to remember that the world of V.S. is not our world, and some changes must have been made to simplify early game so that new players can get an easier introduction into the complex world of mining, prospecting, smelting and alloying.
